 Большинство пациентов, страдающих бронхиальной астмой, хорошо отвечают на лечение, однако часть из них имеет заболевание, трудное для контроля. Обучение в школах для больных с бронхиальной астмой способствует повышению осведомленности пациентов о своем заболевании, профилактике факторов риска и обострений, правильной технике использования ингаляторов и навыкам самоконтроля.

Методические рекомендации по организации и проведению школы для больных с бронхиальной астмой содержат общую информацию о заболевании, об организации и проведении школы для больных с бронхиальной астмой, рекомендуемые темы и содержание занятий, тесты для оценки знаний пациентов. Методические рекомендации предназначены для специалистов, соответствующие квалификационным требованиям к медицинским и фармацевтическим работникам со средним профессиональным образованием по специальности "Лечебное дело" или "Сестринское дело" и врачей-специалистов, оказывающих первичную медико-санитарную помощь, участвующих в проведении школ здоровья. 

Most patients with asthma have a good response to treatment, but some have a difficult-to-control asthma. Training at “schools” for patients with asthma helps increase patients’ awareness of their condition, prevent risk factors and exacerbations, learn proper inhaler technique, and develop self-management skills.

The guidelines contain general information about the disease, data on managing the “school” for patients with asthma, recommended topics and content for classes, and tests to assess patient knowledge.

These guidelines are intended for specialists who meet the qualification requirements for health workers and pharmacists with secondary vocational education in General Medicine or Nursing, as well as for primary care physicians participating in “health” schools.
