Abstract
Healthy lifestyle "schools" are a structural element of the preventive care system in primary healthcare and are intended for individuals with identified modifiable risk factors (smoking, unhealthy diet, low physical activity, etc.). Their implementation is aimed at timely behavioral modification and the development of practical skills for maintaining and improving health.
The guidelines contain information on managing "schools", including patterns of forming patient groups (including those identified during preventive examinations), a standard curriculum, planning topics and related content, and as well as tools for assessing the initial knowledge and changes during the training.
These guidelines are intended for specialists who meet the qualification requirements for health workers and pharmacists with secondary vocational education in General Medicine or Nursing, as well as for primary care physicians participating in "health" schools.
